Shipping policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Requests are made from Monday to Saturday. Requests placed during non-working hours (for example, during the Holidays) will be processed for the upcoming working day.

For US orders, most will be shipped from our US warehouse.

Instructions to place a number of products may be subject to change if the product is not immediately available.

Items ordered in advance will be delivered at the stated speed once the item has arrived.

PROCESSING the Order: Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include a request to confirm that you have ordered the correct case, as ordering the wrong case may result in incompatibility with your device. Our warehouse team will then begin packing and shipping your order, which may take 12 to 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send a follow-up email with your tracking information.

Orders sent from our US warehouse will be delivered via USPS or UPS. Parcels from the USA can only be delivered to the continental part of the United States, except for the following regions: Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Virgin Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Orders sent from our Hong Kong warehouse will be sent via Hong Kong Post.

Orders may be affected by an invalid delivery address, late registration, natural disasters, great saints, availability of stock, etc.
